Tammy Petruccelli

Tammy Petruccelli

Tammy Petruccelli

Tammy Petruccelli Glory Days

Tammy is the lead and background vocals for the band. She plays a mean tambourine. Tammy has been singing since grammar school when she was chosen to do a solo at midnight mass and she hasn’t stopped singing since.

Tammy was lead vocals for a few area bands in the 80’s and early 90’s; TEEZE, Straight Up and Horizon. She took a break for a few decades to raise a family.

Now that they are all raised, she is enjoying music again, proving that grandma’s can still be cool and rock and roll!

Excited to be reunited and working with other TEEZE members and this great bunch of guys!

Tony Petruccelli Glory Days

Tony fell in love with the drums while watching Lawrence Welk. Parents could not afford a drum set so he made one out of a Ludwig parade drum, coffee cans (filled with screws) and square ceiling tiles. His parents finally were convinced this was not a fad and purchased him his first drum set (Slingerland) at 12 years old from The Drum Shop in Wilmington.

Tony started playing with his cousin and friends in the 60’s Met Bob Crowder in the early 70’s and they form local band favorite Deepwater. Met Doug Thacker and the band won two consecutive Battle of the Band’s 1977 & 1978, recorded a single that got air time on WAMS radio.

In 1981 He met his future wife Tammy and played with Ken Mckee, Mark Janocha, Rob Golebiewski and formed Teeze. He took several decades off to have a family and run his business.

His cousin Joe Mauro convinced him to start playing again and he joined The Committed and now the See Alice Band. His attraction to larger drum kits make it a source of jokes to fellow band members. Hey he loves Big Kits and cannot lie!

Ken Mckee

Ken has been playing professionally since he was 18 and has played with Teeze, Night Shift, Shakey Ground, Group Therapy and See Alice. He has also done live sound for dozens of local bands.

Bob Crowder

Bob Crowder

While his father, a Merchant Marine, was out to sea, Bob would pick up his dad’s six string. Watching his dad, Bob taught himself not only to play but to transpose a right handed guitar to play it left handed and upside down!

In the early 70’s, Bob returned from the Army and through his sister, met Tony. Hearing Bob sing, Tony invited him down to a band practice to audition as a singer. Eventually, Bob and Tony would play with many other local musicians and form Circus.

Circus had trouble finding a bass player so Bob learned base, on a right handed base guitar. Bass suited Bob so he eventually “ordered” a left handed base.

Deepwater was the next phase, with Tony and Doug and would play prominently in the area, winning Battle of the Bands, recording a 45 which had airtime on local radio station WAMS.

After Deepwater, Bob, Tony, Kenny, Mark, and Tammy played together in TEEZE. After TEEZE, Bob took a little break from playing out and set up a home recording studio to do his own thing!

Retiring in 2017, Bob, Tony and Doug joined the Committed, and now SEE ALICE.

Mark Janocha

Mark Janocha

Mark comes from a large, musical family and began playing piano and organ at an early age. His influences include many of the classic, progressive rock bands of the 70’s.

As yet another member of the band Teeze, he considers himself fortunate to have performed throughout Delaware Valley’s vibrant club scene that existed back then.

Mark is quick to point out that “playing on a Saturday night back then wasn’t just a gig, it was an event!”.

Despite an occasional respite from performing, he has had the opportunity to play along with some of the area’s finest musicians (and there are many).

So now it has come full-circle, and after a lot of water under the bridge, Mark is happy to be reunited with this group once again.

David Nardone

David Nardone

Dave plays guitar, keys, synths and backing vocals and is usually responsible for any odd sounds you may hear emanating from the PA. At age 8, his first guitar was from S&H Green stamps and he’s been playing nearly 50 years.

He played tenor sax and clarinet and arranged for Wilmington’s premiere big band The Generations in the ‘80s and ‘90s. His influences are Brian May (Queen), Davey Johnstone (The Elton John Band), great AM hits from the late ‘60s.

When he’s not aping the tiny nuances that makes See Alice songs close to the original you know and love, he raises dachshunds.
